Digital Ticketing

NCCU has moved to a digital ticketing platform using TicketReturn as it's provider. Tickets purchased to any home NCCU event can be accessed or sent to another person via your TicketReturn account. Anyone who purchases an NCCU Athletics ticket has a TicketReturn account.

Below are step-by-step instructions for all aspects of digital ticketing via TicketReturn.

Accessing Tickets in Your TicketReturn Account

Digital Ticket Formats
  • Print-at-Home: Tickets are available as PDFs that can be printed out onto an 8.5" x 11" standard sheet of printer paper. One ticket fits onto one sheet of paper.
  • Mobile Tickets: Tickets that can be saved to the mobile wallet in a smartphone. Once saved in the mobile wallet, the ticket is always available regardless of the internet connection at the venue.
Transferring Tickets Activating your TicketReturn Account
  • If you are unable to log into your TicketReturn account, you may need to activate it. Account only needs to be activated the first time a person is attempting to log in online.
Renewing Tickets Online
  • Season ticket holders can renew their season tickets online. There is a window to renew season tickets, and during that period, tickets are placed in your account to complete the purchase. Renewals can be completed using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
